I have to say that I seldom watch internationals these days because I'm sick and tired of seeing so much talent being so inept. I normally have no opinion about the England team for that reason alone. However, I saw today's game because there's really not a lot on. I am more than dispointed shall we say. Erenst is quite right, we couldn't even win a wooden spoon with that performance and most of the recent ones either.

Cliche time but there's no such thing as an easy game at international level anymore people. Wales beat Italy not so long ago and in fact a lot of the "minnows" relish a trip to England and will simply pack 11 men behind the ball and frustrate them. You don't you see cricket scores in European qualifying games anymore.
