Micah Richards being left out is a f***ing joke. He's similar to Glen Johnson, but has the ability to actually defend. The fact that Henderson's being mentioned along with Richards being left behind is already leaving me questioning the managerial decisions.

Phil Jones is a center half, not a right back, let alone anything near Micah Richards' level in that position.
