I was just about to post something very similar - I don't recall the band ever being badly received at an away/tournament game, they're absolutely a central part of the noise.

Really sad that people are putting so much effort in to something so frigging negative.

Anybody know what happened to the England band v Sweden. They sounded to be definitely there at the start of the game, but were blissfully absent for most of it. Did they get told to cease and desist? Did they get ordered to accompany the police to the station? Did they go quietly?

Brilliant!! Made me laugh how they were talking as if we are on THEIR side .... no!! take your instruments and f*** right off!! And have they f*** been playing at every England game for the last 20 years! It was really refreshing to watch the France game without having to listen to their shit!
