f***ing joke isnt it. Every sodding weekend it seems. Why dont they just sort this out once and for all?

I understand a third line is needed to enable the rolling maintenance to take place without closure every week. Well, just do it.

National rail is telling me otherwise.
Southern service from Brighton (East Sussex) to Wivelsfield.
Calling at PRESTON PARK....

High up on the South Downs.
It's totally unacceptable that the Brighton - London line is out on a Saturday.
All maintenance work should be done overnight whatever Millwall-supporting Fat Bob Crow says.
Getting to Withdean will also be an issue as the town will be clogged up by cars.

Our rail service is an embarrassment.

Brighton resident QPR supporting mate of mine is well pissed off. Not only has he got to go to Smellhurst tomorrow, it's going to take him hours to get there.
