Feeling a little vindicated about Robinson. He has been the best English seamer for two or three years now but England is a closed shop too often. They rushed Archer in when I would have selected Robinson ahead of him.
Because Robinson is an old fashioned donkey he will always be penalised. But he takes wickets anywhere and everywhere. He is not a swing bowler and as useful as English conditions are he doesn't need them.
I think it took McGrath sometime to be recognised by Australia. We have a similar situation.
Still, we will get a few years from him.
