Empty Office Space - Ideas for alternative use

One of my mates works for a well know football team in Yorkshire and they have some empty office space that they want to fill and he asked me if I had any alternative ideas for the space.

I got nothing but was wondering if the people of NSC had any ideas?

He would need planning permission to change the Use Class Order from Office to say residential.
