To prep myself I am cooking oven chips made with spuds grown in my garden that have been in a pan with garlic prior to ovenation.

In fact I had them tonight. I grate copious of garlic (along with rosemary and salt) and boil. Then a sprinkle of paprika, more rosemary olive oil and roast.
