Was the legal dispute between Cardiff and Nantes ever resolved?

FIFA said Cardiff had to pay. Assume they did:

Still going through the courts I’ve heard with Cardiff doing everything to avoid paying.

Why can't both clubs just accept 50/50 and let the poor bloke rest in peace?

Because Nantes have done nothing wrong.
Cardiff on the other hand should shut up, show some class and put their hands in their pockets. The club had this massive spiel about Sala being ‘forever a bluebird’ and then turned around and added an asterisk saying “unless it costs us money” straight after.
Let's hope Cardiff end up spending millions on lawyers and still lose.
They really are an embarrassment to the rest of the country.
