What's the club email address please? I want to contact them re a refund on my smart card, but our brilliant new website doesn't seem to have any obvious means of contacting them.

I had a problem with my smart card on Saturday, which only came to light when I asked my lad to buy a round of drinks. As I was not near bar, he had to pay for them, which is not nice especially as my account confirms that I had charged it.

I contacted them after Ipswich game - The big screens advertised 15% of Harveys - got charged the full £3.90 - mailed them to point out their discount was not working after reading other grumbles on here rather than after my money back

Received a response within the hour that they would investigate and refund my discount - At Middlesborough game was pleased to see my first pint discounted at £3.30

I had trouble with my card on Saturday. Put £20 on it in the morning, but got to Dick's and told it wasn't there. Went to ticket office and they were very helpful and asked me to forward the confirmation email I received to sally.townsend@bhafc.co.uk - maybe worth trying her address [MENTION=249]edna krabappel[/MENTION] as she sorted it immediately for me.

I had been trying for ages to get a response about some idiot who received a caution for assaulting a woman fan in the last season at Withdean. I just wanted to know the outcome and that the scum was not going to be anywhere near our seats at the Amex. I gave up trying to get a response.

Because his mate also insulted my wife and neither of us was happy about it and didn't want this guy and his mates anywhere near us when we go to enjoy a football match.
