Leeds is a very rich city these days.

But isn't Elland Road in a particularly shithole part of it? Can't see it being that attractive to developers.

Your right Leeds is a very rich city. But like all places, the money hasn't filtered down to the poorer parts of Leeds.

I cant see Elland Road being that attractive to developers. Its right next to the M621. Ideal location for a football ground, but not for housing which is where the real money comes from. Maybe industrial or supermarket type development, but there are loads of them around there.

Still, whoever owns it probably hasn't bought it to watch Premier league football in it.
