Have a listen to the Leeds Kop. They are not spending the game with stewards telling hem to sit down and shut up - take the hint Ken

at home
The Revie End (Leeds kop) holds 7000 people, more than we even get at home. Do you really think the stewards (whose JOB it is to make people sit down) find it just as easy to enforce the law with them as they do with 150 or less Brighton supporters?

well they didn't tell the 750 odd that were at Withdean to sit down!

I still have bruises all over my legs from Villa Park after celebrating the equaliser. It would have been alright if the seats weren't there , plus the gangways at the back of the middle sections were full up (if everyone had had to sit down in the Upper North it would shown how many duplicate tickets in addition to the original ones lost in the post were being used)

Pointless thread. Ken "The Ghost" Brown doesn't exist, no one's ever seen him though the rumour is we do have a marketing manager and so they had to give said person a name. Hence "Ken Brown" which is native american for "he who walks unseen"

In fairness, I don't know the exact attendance so maybe you're right but a stand that holds very few under a thousand (?) was completely full so I'd imagine the figure was a lot closer to four figures. That along with the fact they were a mile from the pitch, soaking wet and had travelled down from Yorkshire, common sense prevailed when they weren't asked to sit down! I just can't see how anyone thinks it's the same kettle of fish!

Really, I'm pretty sure it is in the Stadium Safety Regulations for clubs that their stewards must at least attempt to seat the fans... They're doing their job...

Have you noticed that Leeds is the reverse of Brighton - th stewards are sitting down and the fans are almost to a man, standing up enjoying themselves. Disgraceful - cart them all off to jail

I'd be scared for my life if the whole of the South Stand stood up and stomped.

Have you not seen the underside of the stands?
