Not bothered reading the pages but this is not a democracy. If you do not like the way the board is run why not start your own? That way you can choose who to have as moderators and also what can and cannot be posted. I am sure it will be a big success.

I think mods are like referees. They are doing a good job if you don't notice them. Personally, I hardly ever notice them, nor do I even notice when people get banned to bo honest. Maybe thats because I really couldn't give a toss if people get banned or not - if I don't like the content of a post, I just ignore it.

all good posts ........having been a moderator and administrator on forum its not as easy as some might think, particularly when you get one or two awkward people.
