All this talk about giving Slade 5 games is an absolute joke. Eight players have left, ten have come in. Most of those ten have been brought in as first team players, or at least in the squad. Most signings met with excitement by us the fans. It's going to take time to gel, find the right line up, etc. Players, staff, etc. read this board. We know that already. If you actually want us to get out of this mess stop getting on everyones back, especially Slades.

Yes, but the point of shipping out a load of players and bringing a load more in is to bring in better players than the ones you ship out. I'm not convinced we've done that, yet.

For instance, we're supposed to have acquired Stockport's best ploayers as a result og their fire sale - and what happens when we play Stockport? It's obvious WE had the reserve team!

Hes f***ing right though, look at all the other clubs competing for promotion, our coaching set up is an absolute joke in comparison, players come here and they get worse not better

he deserves to stay , its a non arguement. The gelling thing is crap though. Alot of clubs bring in numerous player. This is what pre season is for

Exactly, much more. IN fact, I can't remember the exact figures but I know it is actually 4 or 5 players down on our squad from last year - we've definitly got less in then went.

Also, the last manager who actually inheritted a stable team was Wilkins, and look how well he did. THe team Slade inheritted was after a painful spell of Adams and a team staring down the barrel of relegation - effectively he's actually building the stable team now then, next year, when he once again has his stable team and time to assesss it we can propell ourselves up the league.

In the mean time, sit tight and stop trying to force hand which needn't be forced.
