It's going seriously pear shaped. With Syria already in pieces and refugees piling into Jordan what would a civil war in Egypt mean for the region and the wider world?

That would be a rational argument if Israel wasn't facing far bigger threats from Islamists emerging from the ruins of some of these formerly well disciplined states than they ever have. Seriously mate you have got a very skewed view on this.

Iran is more likely to benefit than Israel. The US was Egypts biggest friend when Mubarak was there...why allow him to get hoofed if you're right?
