Not really a fan of either, but only occasionally i watch England in the 6 nations and world cup, but otherwise not interested in rugby at all.

One of my favourite replies since moving to NZ, when I'm ever asked about rugby:

"I don't really know much about rugby, but I've heard that your All Blacks team are almost as good as the likes of England and South Africa! One of these days, if you keep improving, you'll do well in an important tournament!"

Always goes down well with the locals!

Top class international rugby union is the most watchable sport in the world imo. The last World Cup was absolutely awesome.

Nearly everyone I speak to who hates rugby hasn't got a clue about the rules which really doesn't help the enjoyment
