[NSC] Egg NOG

I made Eggnog a few years ago. We were having quite a few over for Christmas dinner, we had the Christmas tunes on and I thought it would be nice to greet them all with a nice freshly made glass of Eggnog. I'd always wondered what it was like after seeing the Cunningham family imbibing on 'Happy Days' when I was a kid. Half the f***ers wouldn't even try it and the other half thought it was disgusting. The ungrateful twats had extinguished my Christmas spirit, moments after which I went to push down the contents of our kitchen bin, in which my wife had cleverly concealed a plate that she had broken earlier and cut my hand to shreds. It wasn't f***ing 'Happy Days' in our house that Christmas.

Found a 2 litre milk bottle in the fridge with NOT MILK written all over it. On further investigation I also noticed my nice bottle of spiced dark rum was now half empty. I had to try some and it's awful.

I put Eggnog Brulee on my festive menu this year, with Poached Pear, and Brandy Shortbread. It's been well received but you wouldn't want to get breathalysed afterwards.
