Wembley Stadium should have made it harder for fans to get on the pitch. After Millwall fans behaved like dicks after their FA Cup win against Leicester, it wasn't unexpected.
1. You don't invade the pitch at Wembley. Your ground, yes, Wembley, no.
2. I cannot fathom why someone would want to celebrate promotion by abusing and attaching opposition players. It's just weird. Run on and try and celebrate with your own, I get it, taunt other team's players, I don't.
