Planning permission is now in the final stages, and the go-ahead is expected within the next few weeks. News this week is that the scheme is now around 95% certain to happen. Things had been looking a bit dodgy a few months ago, but it looks like the problems have been ironed out.

Will you get planning permission, LB? Are there lots of Cardiff nimbies about?
