GO, GO, GO!
Easy , drive straight outJust booked the EDF site for the first time. Anyone who has used this before, what's it like getting out afterwards by car? I normally park at the bridge, but can take a long time to get out (especially through the narrow tunnel).
Might take up to 30 seconds to get out if the queue is bad.Just booked the EDF site for the first time. Anyone who has used this before, what's it like getting out afterwards by car? I normally park at the bridge, but can take a long time to get out (especially through the narrow tunnel).
Piece of piss, you'll be on Portland Road within a minute. Lovely short queue at the Amex as well.Just booked the EDF site for the first time. Really quick - no queues as capacity not that highJust booked the EDF site for the first time. Anyone who has used this before, what's it like getting out afterwards by car? I normally park at the bridge, but can take a long time to get out (especially through the narrow tunnel).
Is Pyecombe P&R operating? Can’t see anything obvs on website?
Only Pyecombe showing only the website
The car park at the bridge is really useful and the £15 is definitely worth it for the convenience and location.EDF has been (Or so it has seemed to me) getting busier with walk up bus users, but still waaaaay better than the other park and rides and £15 cheaper that the bridge car park. I'd argue that even with the queuing, the bus to get to EDF and the time it takes to get out of the car park is the same or possibly even less than the bridge car park. Although the queuing system at the bridge seems to have improved it's still a bun fight getting out of that place on a busy match day.
Cheers for the heads-upEDF definitely up on site as just booked. I thought @Tom Hark Preston Park might enjoy this screen shot.

It’s a bit unpredictable as they fill up buses.Does anyone know of the best time to get to EDF in Hove to get the buses to the game?
I’ve booked seats but don’t need a car parking space. Is there a “last bus”.
TaIt’s a bit unpredictable as they fill up buses.
Last time I used it we got there about an hour before kick off but seemed to wait 10-15mins to leave and just made it for kick off.
A bit earlier and you’ll be away quicker + miss traffic
