A loan might be useful to him for half a season - his PL record so far isn't anywhere near enough to warrant the wages he's apparantly hoping to get. Football clubs have all (bar a very, very few) lost a lot of money through Covid, and the landscape is slowly changing - he might be one of the first of a new geneation of ambitious/greedy young footballers who come up against the hitherto unthinkable 'No' word.
Come 1st. July, he could have to face up to the fact that he's out of work, on £0 per week. If he comes to us on a half season loan and bangs in 8 or 10 goals, his earnings potential would be considerably increased - he needs to earn thhat earnings potential though - and he hasn't yet.

Balogun was outstanding against our U23s. I am sure Arsenal would prefer him to go out on loan, but interest from Brighton might get his attention. I just think he looks a better option than Eddie I could have been a contender Nkitiah.
