She can't give you negative feedback, and besides, you've paid her. You've done nothing wrong.

I'm afraid this is what you get with auctions. Auctions are meant to be legally binding, but I don't think there is anything you can do about it.

Is she a regular seller on ebay?
If she is making regular money and also selling new stock then she should be registered as a sole trader and be paying tax to the inland revenue.
You could always try and find out, and if you want revenge shop her.
