No, she can't. I have sold some tat on Ebay on myself and the seller can't leave negative feedback. The worst you can do is neutral and then make a snidey comment.

At the end of the day you're getting a nice oak table for £25 (bargain) AND the opportunity to take the higher moral ground while she gets to be the cheating cow. Worth every penny I reckon.

I'm afraid this is what you get with auctions. Auctions are meant to be legally binding, but I don't think there is anything you can do about it.

Is she a regular seller on ebay?
If she is making regular money and also selling new stock then she should be registered as a sole trader and be paying tax to the inland revenue.
You could always try and find out, and if you want revenge shop her.
