In a word, no.

Edit: 3.5 miles according to google maps; closer than I thought but still not close. Less than a mile from Pevensey and Westham station though.

If you get off at eastbourne, you can get a cab for about a fiver. Failing that a bus, or get the train to pev and westham, then its about a 15min walk, albeit down a tight walkway on the road that goes past the industrial estate. The latter is your easiest option.

Thanks Greens :(
Me and a mate got a B&H bus to Eastbourne on a Bank Holiday Monday for the Senior Cup Final, and couldn't work out the Eastbourne Buses timetables on the bus stops, so got a taxi to Priory Lane which was a bit over six quid...

Getting back into town was OK, as the nearest bus stop only had two buses going past and both went into town...

Pev & Westham Stn is your best bet but failing that, get off at Hampden Park stn and get a cab(stay and order cab same side of the lines you got off as it is the correct side, maybe better walking two mins and ordering it from the motorbike dealership) as it will be cheaper than getting a cab from E/bourne Station

Eastbourne station is town centre, Pev/Westham would be a good mile1/2 walk, as would Hampden Park.
Best bet Imho would be get off at Polegate and get a cab to Priory Lane, wouldn't be more than a £5 I reckon.
Large taxi rank outsidethe station and a pub if you want a couple of beers first.
Otherwise go to Eastbourne and bus or taxi to Langley.

Granted H/Park is nearer, but how many cabs line up outside the station compared to Polegate
Polegate to Priory Lane 4.3 miles, 12 mins
H/Park to Priory Lane 2.8 miles 10 mins
