There will be no catering or drinking facilities in the ESU , but The club are hiring 3000 Gully;s girls to serve food and drink at your seat whilst the game is in progress. At half time this will cease so as they can do half time entertainment .

I heard that Tony Bloom has been hit so hard in the recent recession that he can no longer afford stairs for east upper. Instead he has ordered 300 fireman poles. He is just waiting for health and safety to approve usage.

Will there be a trampoline/human cannonball type arrangement so that fans can get up to it in the first instance? This is a real issue for me as I have sat in the East Stand this season. I blame Dick Knight.

Yeah, I heard the same as the OP after I'd already decided to make my move from the ESL to the ESU. Would've been nice to have some notice of the change of refreshment service wouldn't it? Still, having the staff walking up and down the stairs selling pies, hotdogs and Harveys is a bit of a bonus - means that there'll be no need to leave my seat! Not sure if they'll be cash only, or taking the loyalty card.

Shame about the toilet situation though. I've got a strong bladder and can wait to go in the North after the game, but many aren't so lucky.

Ladders? they have spoilt the cnuts

The lower will soon have those down. Stat Brother and I have formed an uneasy alliance to sabotage the entire upper tier. Rumours of cleverly positioned glass to reflect pure sunlight into the eyes of the upper tierers are not entirely unfounded. More information to follow.

Don't worry about the toilet situation. The plans show a great big poo pipe running from under the East Stand Upper, decanting liberally over the away enclosure. Bit like the Peep Show wedding balcony scene, only with more participants

Due to the shared access with the 1901 members the the ESU, the dress code will affect everyone. No trainers, no T-Shirts, no replica shirts, basically everyone has to adhere to the 1901 Dress code.
