OP hasn't said that, they've just said there are seats in the ESU. Presumably they'll pick them when they go in.

They well may of taken the future appointments into consideration when saying they've sold out.

Only ESU seats available now are behind those porta cabins at either end that were shown in the mock up, the club supply periscopes to see over them.

The only seats that are restricted view, are on the train outside the stadium.
