Losing at home to Wolves 1979. I think a photo of that game was on the cover of a programme which makes it stick in my mind a bit more.

78/79 season wasn’t it? 3-2 ? As an 8 year old I couldn’t believe we’d lost

The Aldershot away game in the late 60s my first, great day out with my uncle who took me there. But craziest was a replay against Walsall at Craven Cottage, primarily for the journey up (craziest lift ever) & back when couldn't afford the train ticket and police got on due to "problems" on the train....managed to escape at Preston Park

Didn’t they wear an orange and green kit with white shorts, or similar? That’s what I recall from the time. I was at the game, but only 7.

My first FA Cup match. We lost 0-2, both scored by Osgood.

My next FA Cup game (as far as I can remember) was the Leatherhead disaster. At least I missed the Walton debacle!

My Dad took me to this game, Seeboard ST's in the South stand, by the time we found our seats we were 1-0 up!

I'dbeen going to games for a few years but this is the first cup game I remember.

Chelsea at home 73, had to duck into a newsagents when Chelsea came running down Queens Road must been have 300 to 500 come past, also recall them having the biggest union jack flag I've ever seen at the Goldstone.
