The name gives it away
I think it might be down or being worked on. I logged on yesterday ok and deposited £50 and checked back later that it was ok. Just now I tried again to log on and its telling me that my fan no and/or card no/password are invalid.

The answer seems to be, for those that can't get it to work, is to ring the ticket office, I personally do not have the time during working hours to sit there on the phone for god knows how long, also the pressure this must be putting on the ticket office must be massive!!!

I accept that, but would it be beyond their powers to put a notice up stating it is being worked on? make life a lot more easier for us and more so for them and the ticket office.

Hope it starts working again soon, I put £50 on the other day and I'm having a panic that between 1 and 5 I'll drink it all (plus a couple of pies)

Just out of interest, if you have say £10 credit on your card, but your spend at the counter is £11.50, can you pay the rest in cash? or will it be all cash or all card credit

How very unusual for a BHA secure server... it is hanging until it times out on the log in.

I'm not blaming Brighton for this but they SERIOUSLY need to sort out their web providers. I would have expected this service maybe 7-8 years ago from dial up. Not the sort of service people expect in 2011. I have been trying for a good hour now to get on this secure server on both IE and Firefox... absolutely nothing except the 'Loading please wait' before it gives up and stops.

Same here - put £50 on the card last night but now want to put more on it to spend in the club shop (as you only get the 10% cash back if you use the card to pay) but only get the "loading please wait" message.

It did finally hook up to the server James... suffice to say wall no.2 told me my username and password were incorrect. Not that it matters that at the bottom it tells first time users to skip the password, and technically there is no username... a simple javascript pop up that could be changed to include the correct error. It's obviously a rip off of another template already built with no thought to user experience. And I bet they are charging our club a bloody fortune for this shit service.

I've now seen three e-mails confirming transfers (but no balance in the system), which leaves another question. Is it possible to take money off the card, back to cash - I've transferred too much...
