I liked the fact that Roger Black came out yesterday saying that the public didn't really understand the strength of feeling against Chambers from other athletes, and then the BBC website quotes 3 athletes backing him, and 4 against. Yes Roger, we don't understand and seemingly neither do you.

Personally, I think he's served his ban, he deserves a chance. You can argue that he wasn't banned for long enough, but that's a different argument. He's done his time.

The thing is that UK athletics selected him in 2006 after he had served his ban. Enormously hypocritical for them to now turn round and say we don't want you because you've failed a drug test.

I think there's also an issue with the fact that he hasn't been tested for the last two years as he was placing AF, and there's a people questioning what his motivation is and whether he's whipping up all this puiblicity to suit himself rather than properply making a comeback

He's served his time, and if it makes others learn from his mistakes and perhaps he can educate youngsters on his experience then I think it's a good thing.

Plus all the youngsters are useless, otherwise they'd have beaten him in the trials.

He knew by cheating on drugs he may get caught, he knew the rules and got caught.

Drugs needs to be removed from sport and the only way to eradicate them is to ban drug users for life.
