Just my opinion...

Can see a number of you saying MoM performance, just wondering if you were watching the same game?

Yeah he had a reasonable game yesterday against a very weak team. (Hell, they had thier coach playing!)
But i thought in the first half there were a couple of times he got the wrong side of a player and a couple of times where El abd stepped in and needed to cover for Dunks' poor positional play. He also didn't seem to be the quickest when chasing back. If he played in a game that mattered against real opposition I feel he may have struggled.
But yes a good overall performance and a decent debut from the lad. I expect to see more from him in the future.

I hear he may turn out for the Albion in the Sussex Senior Cup final tomorrow.

Surely he can only play against the level of opposition put in front of him.

I thought he was M.O.M. Made a fantastic challenge when Elphick was caught out of position in the 2nd half. Out of position? Perhaps a couple of times, but to put things in perspective he was making his debut, and things like that will come with experience.

One for the future.

He was MoM because the rest of our team were PONY in comparison. Decent peformance and a brilliant match winning tackle in the 2nd half.

Match winning tackle in a 0-0 draw?
Hoyte stood out to me and Hendrie looked alright although unfit.
Would like to see how he fairs against a decent opposition and look forward to seeing more of him in the future.

For f**ks sake...the kid, is ...a kid . HE was given a chance by Gus, took it, and basically was very impressive . He looked cool , and controlled , and yes , of course he will come up against better opposition.
Surely this waS better than giving him a debut against someone like Beckford, and then for someone like you to slag him off by saying he's out of his class.
Its unbelievable how you can never make everyone happy here. Isnt it great that we have another potential terrific centre half ?

And yes....a match winning tackle at 0-0 can prevent the oppo scoring and making it 1-0 funnily enough.

I loved the interview on the radio with him afterwards.

"Fantastic debut, so who's come along to support you today ?"
"Oh, my mum, dad, sister, boyfriend....
...SISTERS boyfriend that is"

You, sir, are an ungracious c..t. It was his debut and as assured a debut as I have seen from a defender.

He was great. Looked confident and didn't succumb to nerves. Will be very good.

Also great to see Caskey on the bench. Hope to see them both graduate fully in the coming years.

Nobody else played particularly well yesterday and Dunk had a decent debut so should be given MOM.
