Hooootown being positive about him and expects him to be here for the next game. His decision to drop him.

Maybe he felt a Greer and Uwe combo would be better suited to playing up against Smith who is a real handful especially aerially.
Dunk maybe off he may not be no idea. I hope he stays but if he goes I'm sure there will be a decent player coming in.

Strange decision to drop him though. I would play my best team personally.

Perhaps, just perhaps, he believed that given the fact Fulham have made bids for him and it may be unsettling it would be better playing two CB's who are totally focused on the game. Added to which he wasn't going to spend that amount of money on a player to only be a bit part player.

I imagine Dunk and the big German would be his ideal pairing. Problem is with so much speculation and interest I can see why you'd drop Dunk. Unsettling Greer wouldn't help if Dunk does go in the next few weeks (As I imagine he will do).
