That can't be right....there are no Palace players in the team.

£30m? I’d drive him there for that amount. Enough to buy a few decent players, that!

Garth isn’t exactly a fountain of knowledge but nice to see he recognises the talent dunk is and that he is the only one outside the top 4 mentioned. He’s good enough to play top 6 and in Europe if one of them Are prepared to gamble on him. Been an honour to watch him this year in the PL

Doesn't really matter which pundit has him in their team of the season really but when you look at the players in that line up and you then see Dunks name in their it's a little surreal , if Liverpool were prepared to pay 76 million pounds for Van then god knows what Dunk is worth , to Brighton he is priceless and unless the player himself wanted to go there's absolutely no way Mr Bloom would sell , why would he , we're not a have to sell club anymore .

It's a tricky one.
On the one hand £40 million + is very difficult to turn down for the club, business wise it is a massive profit.
On the other hand we not only have a very good defender but he is from Brighton, he knows the club inside out he is a perfect fit, these players don't come along often.
I really like Goldson, but could he step into Dunks shoes?
If not then unless we got lucky a quality replacement won't leave us much change from £40M

Keane - £26m EVE
Sakho - £25m CP
Ake - £21m BOU
Wimmer - £17m STK
Hoedt - £15m SOU
Maguire - £12m LEI
Foyth - £12m SPR
Lejeune - £9m NEW
Riedewald - £8m CP
Zouma - £7m STK
Martins Indi - £7m STK
Bednarek - £5m SOU
Hegarzy - £5m WBA
Jach - £3m CP
Zanka - £2m HUD
Dragovic - £2m LEI
Mavropanos - £2m ARS

What you can say is that the big clubs are all spending £30m+ on centre backs, apart from Arsenal. You would imagine their new manager will be looking to strengthen their defence and it wouldn't be a great surprise to see Dunk as a main target for them.

Everyone knows he is class, except Gareth Southgate who seems to believe Alfie Mawson is better.

We probably overrate him, but even so, we are in big trouble if Crooks is to be believed. If Dunk goes to the WC (and it's still not out of the question), plays a blinder, he'll be off. And then we'd need a replacement who is unlikely to be remotely as good...

Zouma at 7m! Looked like being a fabulous player at Chelsea, hope he’s not touched with the Titus Bramble!

You forgot John Stones at about £48m
