That's what I've always done. Lucky I never got into the habit of daily drinking I guess.I've always enjoyed a drink and always will, but this dry spell has certainly changed me with regards to drinking out of habit and when I return to drinking, it will only be "event drinking" and not having a drink at home as a matter of course.
Blimey. I find it easier just to eat differently - more protein etc, fewer fat and carb calories.As my weight loss has now slowed down, as I knew it would, I've also started another streak - 20,000 or more steps per day, which I've managed for the last 30 consecutive days. Hitting that on some days is proving more difficult than not drinking!
