Napoli's players were awful throughout the game as well going down like they had been shot after every foul. Ok England has a few players (quite a lot) that dive but the spanish and italian game takes it to a new level

Typically not any football fans view of any player... I can only assume you have never played and/or know little about the game.

Well a referee will stop the game if he suspects a player has sustained a head or facial injury as they can be the most serious. Quite rightly so as well. Drogba makes a mockery of it all.
