driving lessons

Am just about to start taking driving lessons. Can anyone recommend any driving schools/instructors in brighton?

I learnt with BSM. Passed 2nd time after private lessons the first time.Located next to the club shop in Queens Road

BSM and AA always give you more lessons than you need.
IMHO i'd go with a "local" its in their interest to do well

Word of mouth etc

Steer clear (geddit?) of BSM and AA. They'll rip you off good and proper.

I'm with Countywide. My instructor is a nice bloke, and £17 per hour is quite cheap these days.

i was with independence, based in HH but operate over brighton, verry good passed 1st time in 15 lessons, my instructor was verry good and £18 a lesson ( 4/5yrs ago) so not too expensive
