I could see Coppell standing in until Xmas thats about as long as he usually last' s in a job before quitting, then bringing in someone in January.

Please please let this happen along with that complete muppet Bright this will ensure relagation

Freedman has gone because he may have been told Wilfs going in January and he will get diddly squat to spend from the fee.

Probably a similar situation to ours when Bennett went to Norwich. I suspect that he (Winifred) was left at Payless by the buying club until the January window opens. CPFC2010 get some cash, Payless are likely to be safe from relegation and Dougie Greedman (perfect innit?) scarpers while he still has some value and knowing that Winifred will be off.

Saying all that, the bastards are likely to win tonight which will take the edge off today's events-especially if we lose.

What a load of bollox that statement is, Gus will be off soon as someone with deep pockets comes calling!

I for one am gutted he's left but after so many were calling for his head after 3 games who can blame him for not being loyal?

Next news

Arise Sir Stevie C

Why would he go to Palace? It's a sideways move if not a backwards move.

Can you honestly see a football pundit, with no coaching qualifications, getting the job ?
Coppell as football director, with a younger manager ( Robinson of MK Dons )

Just seen this on the BBS :lolol:

"Shit manager, good ridance!
Only had recent success because he was forced to use wingers and attack and not be so ****** defensive!
King is dead long live the king, onwards and upwards.
He will fail at bolton, wait and see. Our new manager will keep up the momentum and we will go up

Come on Palace it's you we watch and love not the managers"

Mark Bright, the former Palace wanker, is a friend of an even bigger wanker, chairman Steve Parish and it is understood that he could either play a role in the recruitment of a new manager or even form part of the new coaching team.

So Mark Bright who clearly knows f*** all about anything might play a role in the recruitment of a new manager? Please make it so.

FREEDMAN ON FRIDAY: I'm in the middle of building Crystal Palace up | This is Croydon

"The simple facts are that I'm in the middle of building Crystal Palace Football Club, and when I picked the club up, we were in a dark place.

I think I'm halfway there in getting the club the way I want it to be, and I'm not the sort of guy to leave jobs half done.

It's clear to say I'm halfway building something that I'd like to finish.

I have to say, though, if the Scottish national job came along one day, yes, I would take it, of course."

So Parrish took the compo money then. That says it all, no way Freedman would have left Palace for Bolton, if Palace made it clear they wanted him to stay. That's Zaha off in January then!!!!
