Can you drink beer in your seat at an U21 game?

Could be a deal breaker

No, I think this can only happen at Lewes and Bognor in Sussex, lots drinking on the terrace at Bognor when the U21 played the other week. However with only about 2 stewards in attendance I am sure a long straw and plastic beer cup holding deep pocket...

If you are in blocks WIG WIH you can sit in your own seat as I have sadly done

Joint second playing each other should be a good game

You can also drink at Lancing when the DS play there.you can't drink in the stands at the Amex for DS games a s it's a football league ground.there will be 10 stewards on duty Monday.

No ideas on line up,sorry. As for being specific about stewards it's my team from lancing that's working and I've already told them their positions.

Okay that answers the detail then.

Its always a shame that people can't spread out a bit more in the stands for these games, kids often move over a block to be more central and then the stewards move them back. Even if they used the stand more central to the centre it would improve the view and join up with the teams, media and guests in the central part.

Lancing has a good atmosphere and I think by either using an extra block or moving the blocks used towards the centre it would create a little more for these games, and save your stewards having to move/remind people not use that block, and in my view improve the atmosphere.

Thats right, but they normally open up two sections around W1G and H - while the teams, officials and media have the central section. They used to issue tickets but must now have a better idea of numbers so like Lancing, you can just show your ST to gain free entry

OK, seeing as how nobody else seems prepared to ask the bleeding obvious: what time kick-off? (last U-21 match was at Withdean this Monday gone with a 13:00 kick-off)

As stated in the article I had linked in my first post:

"Both games kick-off at 7pm and non-season ticket holder prices are set at £5 for adults and £2 for concessions."

Ah right cheers. Not sure the article stated that at the time you originally posted it tho. Might be wrong. If so, my bad.

Looks like it will be good conditions tonight for CMS run out with a very young Albion side at the AMEX, great experience for them. I see Paul Furlongs son plays for QPR as well, wonder if he is also a striker.

Surely if season tickets cover this game then the official attendance will be something in the region of 23,000...............................

west lower only? I already know what it's like in that stand. Do you think they'd open the east upper for me? I won't need the refreshments stand open, I rarely use the loos at football, and I promise to behave, so there's no need for a steward. I'll even bring a torch so they won't have to turn the lights on...
