Watched the do at Pompey this morning. I was blabbing I have to admit. The Sussex lad age 15 went to recruiting office. How old ? 15. If you were 18:you can enrol. So lad goes back to the queue. How old? 18. Went over with the Americans. Still alive today. Does not wear his medals for himself but for all his mates who never made it.
