Cool. Well he's just signed the death warrant for another few hundred thousand because he couldn't swallow his pride. And as it stands Ukraine is f***ed.

Great leadership.

Okay. In the 1980s some people had a different view on apartheid South Africa and didn't get called dickheads, they just called racists. Is that what you mean?
Yep, when they really were called racists, with ample justification - unlike some of the scweams of wacism where it really isn't the case these days!

Just watched the whole engagement with a clear head. It was going so well for over 30mins until Zelensky decided to publicly debate the approach of diplomacy the US had begun.
He must have been tired and emotional. But attacking your hosts and the one country that is seeking to help you (while not getting into further debt themselves) was a not a classy move. Even his own diplomat had her head in her hands.......

But before I get further attacked clearly trump and Vance are more in the wrong.

Your point. One person in that meeting was right the other utter pricks of the highest order.

Great leadership.
What was his other option?
Surrender with no security guarantees, lose a chunk of his country, allow the US to rinse the country of its minerals, and all the while look weak with Putin watching on, with no confidence whatsoever that he won't break any peace deal and come back for more in the near future, and/or invade other countries?

Haven’t caught up with today’s histrionics as unfortunately I still have a job. Some points from an American perspective, most who probably don’t know where Ukraine is, apart from the great brain of Kamala Harris (the alternative).

“So Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong.”

Deflection won’t work! Those actually currently in charge of America are basically w@nkers, nothing more, nothing less, just w@nkers!

Oh! and thank you…

War hasn't happened in England for 80 years. Regardless, I'm honest about it, I love this country but I wouldn't fight for it if I had the opportunity to get out. I'm sure the majority on here if they were asked exactly the same question and were being completely honest, would say the same thing.
Stop judging others by your incredibly low standards

I’m not deflecting anything.

Definition of deflect: cause (someone) to deviate from an intended purpose.

You deflected from Trump (the subject) to something Kamala Harris said. You said nothing about what Trump did or said today. That is deflection.

You sound exactly like Bushy!

Where is he these days? Oh sorry, forgot, was banned for being a (consistent) racist.

As I said, I haven’t caught up on the events of today. I was just pointing out that his election opponent is a complete idiot.

As an American (I think), what is your perspective on US involvement in a European conflict?
