Where do you get experience though? Any coach/manager willing to come here is unlikely to have huge experience or will have been sacked in their last role

Quite happy to move away from the 'Spanish' theme, although I don't care where the next manager comes from as long as he has a good football philosophy and can get the best out of what's left of the squad and bring some quality in.

I agree, but considering Oscar only had one season and gus had none, would like a manager with a bit of experience this time round
