Does anyone know how to carve meat?

when frying a steak, allow the meat to rest for four minutes once it has reached its desired stage in the cooking process...this should leave you with a flesh more tender.

Correction!. Before resting the steak for four mins always check you have turned the hob off as this can be a potential disaster for any expert trying to get the perfect tone on the tender side of what some would call the perfect steak. If left on for those four vital mins you may find your steak discoluring and even shrinking to smaller size leaving a more Co-ops finest steak flavour which we all know can not only destroy a good night but destroy our need and love for mans greatest invention, meat!
Unless..... Butchy is a co-op undercover meat correspondent trying to steak back what Co-op once had before Tescos turned up?
If so do they still sell that cheap French lager?

if you have a pudding prepared, say a chocolate gateaux, don't be shy and make sure you raid your fridge for some german (always german) salami and make yourself a wrap. milk and sweetmeats, always goes down well.

According to reporters Eduardos broken leg might require a Carver 3000 if surgeons realise that the leg needs amputation. Its believed that Edurdo has areas of his leg with meat at a value described as "priceless". Butchers all over the country are requesting an auction for certain areas of the leg with one Butcher admitting he would even trade his Carve-friction selected S series for at least half the leg!.Edurdo himself is actually in favour of the auction quoting how it has always been a dream of his to be able to actually find out how tasty he really is!.
