when frying a steak, allow the meat to rest for four minutes once it has reached its desired stage in the cooking process...this should leave you with a flesh more tender.
Correction!. Before resting the steak for four mins always check you have turned the hob off as this can be a potential disaster for any expert trying to get the perfect tone on the tender side of what some would call the perfect steak. If left on for those four vital mins you may find your steak discoluring and even shrinking to smaller size leaving a more Co-ops finest steak flavour which we all know can not only destroy a good night but destroy our need and love for mans greatest invention, meat!
Unless..... Butchy is a co-op undercover meat correspondent trying to steak back what Co-op once had before Tescos turned up?
If so do they still sell that cheap French lager?
