David Cameron on Gay rights, whatever yourviews on the subject matter its frightening to think he could be in charge in 2 months time.

So he fluffs his lines a few times.

I'm a conservative supporter and find quite a lot of the tory grass roots support abhorent, but like Cameron and the modernising he is done to the party. I bet he wishes that all his MP's were as openminded as he is but he wouldn't get elected.

Bit like Blair probably not wanting the die-hard lefties in his party but wouldn;t have won (or even won the leadership) without them.

The bloke is a dick head, pure and simple. I really hope he never comes to power in this country.

He's nothing but spin though and when it veers from the script he loses it completely. This isnt a tough interview is it, if he cant negotiate that how can we trust him to steer us from the biggest recession in modern times?

Yeah not many. Blair had the spin but he could back it up. His performance at the Iraq war enquiry effort the other month was a master at work. Cameron would have had a breakdown and wanted his nanny after 5 minutes.

The bloke is the leader of the Conservatives. They want your vote. They NEED your vote.

So he will say anything to agree with anybody, and if he gets caught out on his two faced approach he is bound to flounder about and look like what he truly is,which is a politician with a moderate intellect.

All political parties are stuffed out with such people. Why on earth do we revere them so much?

I wouldn't trust Cameron to tell me the time by my own watch.

I'm not a supporter of his. But it's unrealistic to think a party leader will never, ever slip up by forgetting a party line or not knowing of a particular vote by the Con group in Euro Parliament - and then call him a joker for one slip ...

I'd say it was a pretty tough interview. Most of the LGBT press is very left leaning so were clearly going to give Cameron a hard time. The very fact that they released this video showed that they don't really like him.

These things probably happen all the time, but most outlets wouldn't use it as they know that it would reduce their chances of getting them again. The Gay Times clearly didn't care.

And what do you mean by "its all spin"? He says that he has moved the conservative party a long way (which he has) but MP's are also their own people.
