Do YOU want the Search facility back?

Would be handy for Ask The Club Forum where some questions have already been answered and for the Big Board where the same crappy e-mail jokes (sorry Zef ) keep appearing once every week.

Bozza WHY has it gone?
Something to do with Bandwidth? (I highly doubt it).
If it was something to do with boucing old threads then thats silly, because its not hard to go to page 35 and bounce one!

I say bring it back for Ask The Club Forums sake mainly!

I thought it bust the bandwith last month or removing it would help us keep within the parameters. However, I thought the reason we bust it last time was on the day of the Falmer decision when the site went into meltdown. With nothing hugely significant likely to happen within the next few months, could we reinstate it?

re-looking at it it would of cousre affect bandwidth as it'll need some to do the search in the first place! But as Gunter says, nothing happening from now until Jan's Inquiry (or god forbid McGhee leaves or players are suddenly sold and theres an uproar or DK asks for more money on 24th Dec) so can we have it back?

It's not likely to be a BANDWIDTH problem... if anything, it's SERVER CPU capacity that will be used by a search engine.
