Do you Tip for take outs?

Paperboy, Postman get tips as do take away drivers. Dustmen don't because I live in flats and never see them!

I would not tip anyone, they get paid a wage already. Nobody comes up to me and just gives me extra, just for the doing the job I already get paid for. Tipping is a load of bollocks. I understand the lower paid argument but my answer to that is, get a better job!
