I was looking at the fixture list, and struggled to see were we would get 14 points to tkae us to 25

I went in to the season with massive hopes of a play off position, but now, after us not turning up yesterday, our first away defeat of the season and a run of 8 games without winning, I honestly am starting to get SLIGHTLY concerned about our season. Not relegation as such, but ways of improving on last year. 30 points by Christmas would in my opinion not be anywhere near good enough in terms of a good season

With the possible exception of Leicester, we *should* be treating all of those home games as winnable. And up until yesterday, I would have said we could hope to average at least 1 point per game away from home, so we'll see.

I agree. Obviously on our current form we won't get close to 30 points, but if our home form picks up and we carry on well away from home (our away record is still pretty respectable) then I can't see why we can't get to 30. 6 wins out of 11 is what's required, a big ask but a manageable one.

Given our current away form it seems a little harsh to predict just 3 points out of 6.

Maybe I fell into the trap of thinking home game = easier than away game a little, but I do think these are much harder away fixtures than we've had so far. Peterborough are a very good team, Oldham are up there and excellent at home, Stockport are a good side too, and we never win at Tranmere or Carlisle.

I do think we'll beat Leicester at home this year.

If we are realistically going to make top 6 then we need to be on atleast 28 to 30 points.

Hereford - 3
Peterborough - 0
Hartlepool - 3
Leicester - 3
Millwall - 3
Carlisle - 0
Huddersfield - 1
Stockport - 3
Oldham - 0
MK Dons - 3

19 points giving us 30 in total. This is what I hope for although I fear it could be a lot worse.

Agree about the Leicester game. I think they and Leeds will prove to be easily the best two teams in our division and I would be delighted with a point from that game.

Not so pessimistic about the others but agree that a draw against Peterborough is the best we can hope for! I thought at the beginning of the season that Leicester, Leeds, MK Dons and Peterborough would be certainties to be better than us, regardless of how we played, so last Saturday's result was no surprise at all.
