It wasn't that long. 30-40mins in the ground, another similar time spent outside in the road and then a slow walk back to Norwood with another 20mins outside there. The last game they let us out at the same time, oh how we laughed all the way back to the station!

They dont keep away fans in now , we all come out together . Alough they sometimes stop palace fans exiting on the top corner of the holnmesdale ,as its stops fans bumping into each other .

I didn't get a train from Norwood until nearly 8.00pm, was a bloody nightmare all the waiting around and kettling. You could say well organised by the police as it avoided a coming together of the fans after the game, but all that waiting around

I like to use the term "pigeon step" back to the station. That's what it felt like.
