No big secret actually. He really died of stupidity as much as anything else. He was 44 stone (even for 6'4") that's a hell of a lot. He had a bad heart (no real surprise). He'd had several heart attacks in the past and had been clinically dead for a few minutes after one. He had been offered a heart bypass but refused it as he would have been away from his kids for six weeks. It would have been carried out at a hospital 200 miles away thanks to his HMO status. (Ironically he's a whole lot farther away now).
He had a huge heart attack about a year ago, his defribulator kicked in 25 times which would have killed most people there and then. He spent months in intensive care and even when he came out of hospital he was bed ridden. One day he went to sleep and just didn't wae up.
Sadly he would still be alive now if he wasn't so stupid.
