I don't think you can class Mr Izzard as working class ,with his private education and privileged background

Err, yes, that was the point I was making when I referred to his privileged background and private education. You even quoted that in your post. Do you even understand why I wrote what I did? Can you not see just how moronic your mocking of Norman Cook for being a posh boy is?

The Kid was a leading force in the CPFC 2010 takeover, being the " unofficial" go between .
Quentin has had some catchy tunes, but I personally preferred The Housemartins stuff.
I can't take him seriously with those stupid shirts Zoe makes him wear, hideous.

You can't take Norman Cook seriously for wearing some shirts you don't like yet wax lyrical about a grown man whose nickname is "The Kid". You're priceless.

The Kid is a legend for people of my age, a true master of the turntables.
With his Canadian/ South London dulcet tones,he sends me peacefully off to sleep during the midnight hour.
You can stick your FBS !!

Good old Quentin Cook, the public schoolboy who stopped going to Palace because it was getting too violent.
Started being called Norman to be more " working class "
The big girls blouse !!

Rubbish. His dad is from the east end and a Millwall fan. That working class enough for ya!

I know of a bricklayer who was a staunch Brighton fan from BEEDING who went out with a girl who was PALACE she turned him over to the dark side, I saw him on a train a few years back with a Palace shirt on, I just blanked the **** made me feel ill
There is no way he was EVER staunch in that case. It's just not possible.
I'm afraid it's true
I couldn't believe it when I saw him on the train wearing a palace shirt it turned my stomach "inside outside & upside down"
He went to all home and away at the goldstone I'm tempted to name & shame him:rolleyes:
I'm just completely confused. He went to all the games, so was a proper fan, and is now a Palace fan. I just can't comprehend this at all. It's as if I'd just found out my wife is a man.

Swindon, but used to be Manila
Jonathon Williams of Palace fame, his father is Portslade born and bred, he admitted to me last week he still supports Brighton but also goes to all Palace games when Jonathon plays, but he is a 'Jonathon' supporter NOT a Palace fan, when Jonathon moves to another club he will follow him there.

I couldn't comprehend it either, the only thing I could think of was he became disillusioned by our move to Gillingham and was so madly in love with this women ( palace fan ) that he defected to the DARK SIDE, I never thought Anakin skywalker would become Darth Vader but shit happens, I suppose sometimes good turns to evil

Mr Angry's bit again !

Angry? Is that what you regard as angry? And why would I need to be angry when instead I can make you look the fool that you are? There's not one post on this thread where you haven't been shown to be wrong.

You're right, there's no way I can compete against your intellect.
Maybe you should put me on ignore, or am I your guilty pleasure ??

Maybe you should just shuffle off to a forum more befitting your level of wit and debate. Have you tried Bebo or have you been warned off there?

How odd - there seems to be a lot of "that lot" on here tonight. Why are they not on their own board discussing how their tactical genius of a manager is going to overcome the "mighty reds" tomorrow?

Oh and my in-laws are P****e, but they will soon be converted.
