Open Access must have got this deal for a pittance and I wonder if they were the only bidder for the rights as ESPN would normally have waded in.

yeah I'm abit bemused as to how thewy're showing it, but all I do know is that they are and thats all that matters!

Yep and in 'glorious HD' to boot. Pretty much only the only reason I subscribe to Sky. Not gone down the ESPN route although they have pretty much snapped up all American sport which is shame

Nope, not worth the money (work out what it's costs you a year) and I was tired supplementing the wages of overpaid players.

Cancelled over a year ago.

I do watch the football, but it was the cricket I got it for mainly, Sky's cricket coverage is first class.

Still think Andy Gray is a twat, so that puts me off that a bit.

I have the full Sky malarky, inc films etc

Got it in HD.

Also have the iPhone app which includes all SS channels live including News and ESPN (even though you pay EXTRA for ESPN at home).

For thoss who don't want to pay £45+ a month but want to watch live football the iPhone app is worth considering for £6 a month (no other Sky subs required)

I had it at Uni for a year. Ended up (partially) watching Premiership football as my ex-flatmate is a plastic Liverpool fan.

T'was great for the foreign cricket tours (and now obviously the home cricket).

I don't miss it. However, I do live with a couple who have Sky TV, but I don't watch it.
