I do, he'll ship out all this crap in squad and believe me there is plenty of it and he'll bring in some young fresh faces!

give him time. honeymoon period ends now though. time 4 changes.

He reminds me of Mike Bassett football manager - ie a manager who shouts and swears and doesn't take any sh*t.

I think he'll get a few good players on loan We must remember that if he doesn't buy any players - it is not necessarily his fault!

Yes. Usually when a new manager comes in there is a honeymoon period when the players really try to impress. They haven't impressed and McGee will not be impresed. He will take the action needed. (I hope?)

Players always try too hard to impress at first. Thats just the way it is. Also, its a cup game and we were always shite under McGhee in the cups. And Millwall were too.

He'll be good in the league, trust me. He knows Div 2 inside out.

He worked under Ferguson, let's hope some of his contempt for losers has rubbed off on McGhee. Let's face it there are quite a few non tryers in the current Albion squad. Just because they won two titles and thengot relegated doesn't give them a reason to stop trying and sulk.

We should know within a month if he has what it takes to turn this round. Financial backing from DK is a must as the current squad is no longer anywhere near good or committed enough

Yes. he's inherited a side that's down in confidence at the moment.

He needs to bring in a couple of his own players.

Early doors but maybe a couple of changes and things could improve.

Good, eh! We've beaten two teams while they've been toppadaleague now in Wigan and Sheff Utd. :bounce: :clap2:

I've no money or time what with this new job. Might even end up selling my season ticket. Now that would be a sad day... I hope it doesn't happen...
