I had been 3 times in my life, that was until a month ago. I have now been 4 times each week since I joined a month ago, and I am loving it !

Don't really know what's changed, maybe the fact I am now 40+ and realised I need to do something.

Would never of dreamt about doing so much excersise before, but something just clicked in my brain, and now I can't get enough of it !

The type of work i do means i never have too,too tired to get down the gym.

I get a good work out every day.

Ps is there scantily clad young ladies down your gym that sort of make the visits of going less of a chore :lolol:

4 times a week is good going but don't burn out !
I belong to LA Fitness and a boxing gym. I have a large selection of weights and kit at home which I use every day but occassionally I want a steam room/swim etc change of scene so will pop into gym. I prefer doing fitness training in a nice park though. Not with those wanky Ex-Army knobber's though. I can motivate myself quite happily without paying through the nose for it to be shouted at by bull necked thugs.

Just got back from the gym, I've lost a stone in weight in the last couple of months. I need to lose another 3 stone before my holiday in March.

I love it. Try to go 3-4 times a week, I prefer it to watching TV or whatever in the evenings.

You can't beat the feeling after a good work out, all those Endorphins whizzing about your body make you feel pretty good mentally as well as physically.

I hate it with a passion but drag myself up there 3 times a week as well as playing regular squash. No excuse not to really as all the facilities I use are free.

4 times a week.

Chest and tri's

Legs

Shoulders and abs

back and bi's

usually run once a week for around 40 mins as well. Sometimes twice. All depends on how busy I am and work/football commitments each week.

This. Its an amazing feeling. I've started going before work now at 6.15am. it makes my work day so much more productive! I just have to go to bed earlier which really isn't hard now it's dark so early.

Don't go to the gym despite having access to one for free but hear you on the 40+ thing. Used to HATE running, but now go about 4 times a week. Would rather just play futsal but my knee is a bastard.

It's quite intimidating walking into a gym for the first time, wanting to go over to the weights but seeing dozens of ripped men taking all the machines. For that reason I've tended to stick to cardio...

I go to the gym three times a week. Play football twice a week and have now started running as well. Just offsets the crap I eat and drink at the weekends.
