What's a bath?

It's about twenty minutes from Brizzle.

When I was a kid, Sunday was bathtime. My parents when first and when my older brother and I were young we shared. As we started growing the pecking order increased and I was last to use the water. No refill.

I think my Dad had a thing about saving water and often told the tales of the tin tub they would all take turns in round home. It took a while to reach the 1970s.

I always shower as I hate getting out of the bath and getting coldbut I must admit, the thought of a hot bath after getting a kicking on the football pitch is always very tempting!

We have an en-suite and a family bathroom.
Not enough room in the en-suite for a bath and we ripped out the bath in the family bathroom and replaced it with a double shower about 10 years ago.

So, that's a no from me.

Our bath taps are screwed, literally so all we have is showers as we have one of those mixer shower taps that is lime scaled up, so if we wanted a bath, we could only fill it by using the shower head, which takes ages

yes we are very poor pensioners!
